African ChangeMakers Fellows Cohort 2 Meet-Up (Lagos- Nigeria) 2018.

The Minute of the meeting held on Sunday, October 7th, 2018 at Ikeja City Mall, by the African ChangeMakers Fellowship, Lagos Cohort 2. The meeting commenced at exactly 3:30pm, with an opening prayer before we commenced into the Business of the day. Introduction was done by all fellows, as it was indeed an exciting moment of sightseeing after several anxieties.

We talked about the main reason for our meeting, which is to fulfill one of the demands of the fellowship at large, which is to network, connect and collaborate as individuals, and as a team.

On Assignment

Fellows discussed about their challenges in respect to the assignments, and we agreed that those who haven’t finished theirs should seek for assistance from others who volunteered to help them out.

Exchange of Ideas

At this juncture, some of the fellows shared what they do and the challenges they encounter which is basically on volunteers and proper business Management. It was a very good moment of learning as several ideas were given and lessons were well learnt.

ACFellow Project

We agreed to have a single project under the umbrella of African ChangeMakers Fellows Cohort 2, Lagos with some few suggestions

(1) Advocacy on The bad Habit of People urinating anyhow on the road.

(2)Advocacy and public enlightening on Malnutrition

However, Number 1 got more nods which was penned down for further discussion on this platform.

AOB (Any Other Business)

It was agreed that a meeting will hold on this platform on *Wednesday, 10/10/2018 by 8:00pm* as we deliberate on project and when next we will be having a physical meeting.

General

There was exchange of contacts and ideas, we got our shirts and took photographs, and we had entertainment as everyone contributed financially.
