There are many approaches to planning a social venture and different approaches will suit different projects and communities. We will be looking at different tools and resources that can support the planning phase.
– What would genuine, beneficial change look like from day to day? How will you know if you are successful?
– Who needs to be involved for change to happen? At what point in the process do they need to be involved?
– How will I get people to take me seriously?
– How will you know when the change has occurred and the impact of it?
